Eufymake, a brand under the Anker umbrella, has introduced a new UV printer designed for home use that can print full-color 3D textures on a wide variety of surfaces. The device, called the E1, supports textured printing with elevations ranging from one to five millimeters, offering both aesthetic and functional enhancements to everyday objects.
According to the company, the E1 is capable of printing on both flat and rotating surfaces. This opens up possibilities for a wide array of materials and object types—including wood, metal, glass, leather, and acrylic. For cylindrical items such as mugs or tumblers, users can purchase an optional rotation machine that automatically turns the object during the printing process. Eufymake also offers a Direct-to-Film laminating machine for users who want to create their own stickers and similar items.
The UV printer is compatible with both Windows and macOS via the included Eufymake Designer Studio software. Additionally, Eufymake offers mobile support through an app available for Android and iOS. Users can create their own designs or choose from a massive and growing library of more than 50,000 templates, many of which have been shared by other users in the community.
Automated Scanning and Intelligent Design Adjustment
One of the key features of the E1 is its integrated scanning system, which uses a combination of camera and laser technology to analyze the object being printed on. The scan data is then sent to the Designer Studio software, which adjusts the selected design to perfectly match the object’s shape and dimensions. This ensures a clean, precise fit for each customized item.
Ink usage and print time will vary depending on the object’s material and size. As an example, printing on a 0.7-liter insulated tumbler takes just over 39 minutes, according to Eufymake. The printer runs on a six-cartridge color system that includes an automatic cleaning function to prevent ink clogs and maintain print quality over time.
Preorders and Kickstarter Campaign Details
Customers interested in the E1 UV printer can place a reservation through the Eufymake website with a deposit of €45 until April 28, 2025. The following day, a Kickstarter campaign will officially launch, offering early supporters a discounted “Limited Super Early Bird Bundle” priced at $1,700 (approximately €1,500), including a full set of ink cartridges.
Once the early bird stock runs out, the printer will be available for preorder at $1,900 (about €1,675). Customers who placed their €45 deposit on the Eufymake website can secure the printer at a further discounted price of $1,500 (approximately €1,320), also including the ink set.
The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled to run until June 8, 2025. Shipment of the E1 UV printer is expected to begin in July 2025, marking the official entry of this innovative home printing technology into the consumer market.
With its ability to personalize a wide range of materials and objects with textured 3D designs, the E1 could find a place not only in hobbyist and DIY settings but also among small businesses and creators looking to add a unique touch to their products.
