Construction work is under way in settlement Solnechny. According to South Ossetia newspaper not so long ago four three-story apartment house and three cottages were built there but they have not been yet inhabited. Works are done by directorate for implementation of national priority projects of the republic of South Ossetia.

According to cite manager Vladimir Shchekochikhin, by the middle of next month three three-storey blocks will be ready. According to him, they have almost everything they need. But there are problems with restoration of the fourth three-story block. Workers cannot begin their work as Tskhinvalian special forces are deployed there.

It should be noted that Tskhinvali newspaper wrote about buildings that were constructed by the South Ossetian administration headed by Dmitry Sanakoev shortly before Russian aggression in August 2008. After the occupation of the region, these apartmetn blocks were looted by Ossetian militias.
