The chief physician of the Sukhumi children hospital Sirush Oganesyan considers unfounded negative rumours circulating among the population of Abkhazia in connection with drug "Grippol", which is used for vaccination of children under age of 7 and pupils of primary school.

"Despite the fact that we have enough vaccines and have opened a second office for vaccination, few parents bring children for vaccination," - said Sirush Oganesyan.

A large-scale campaign was put in place among parents and school teachers in the occupied area in order to explain that "Grippol" is harmless. But the population of Abkhazia still do not believe it.
