Construction of the main border facilities on the Abkhazian section of the Georgian-Russian border should be completed by April 2, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
On Sunday Rogozin visited vehicle checkpoint Adler on the border with the occupied territory of Georgia - Abkhazia, which is now ready for operation.
In the evening of the same day Rogozin promised on Twitter that he would again come to the border with Abkhazia to check the progress of its development.
"I inspected the new facilities on the border with Abkhazia. There are many unfinished ones. I demanded to complete the main constructions by April 2nd. I said I would come - check" - wrote the Deputy Prime Minister in his Twitter.
