Moscow made a political decision on admission of Georgian agricultural products and wine to the Russian market. According to Russian media reports, it was stated by First Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Andrei Denisov.
According to him, only technical procedures are left that must be drawn up by both parties.
According to Denisov, Russia sanitary service does not intend to conduct additional monitoring of Georgian products.
"In addition, after joining the WTO, to which, incidentally, Georgia that joined it earlier than Russia, agreed, we have procedures that are provided by our agreements and commitments," - said the representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
