Georgian soldiers eliminated a group of Talibs in Afghanistan. This was reported by the TV channel 9.
In a conversation with the TV channel deputy chief of staff Lasha Beridze said that the operation was carried out in the Helmand province. Georgian soldiers of the 32nd Battalion eliminated part of the group of Talibs and captured the remaining.
According to official data, Georgia suffered no losses. No one was injured either. However, according to the Channel 9, Georgian Corporal Mindia Abashidze has recently fallen in fighting with this very group of Talibs.
