Tskhinvali released 55 year-old Zaza Tavadze. He was handed over to the deputy head of regional police of Shida Kartli Shalva Tramakidze before today's meeting in the framework of Incident Prevention and Response Mechanism (IPRM). Former prisoner was not feeling well, and declined to comment. Police also did not specify under what circumstances Tavadze was captured and how long he was kept on the occupied territory.
