21/06/2012 10:59

Abkhazian military commissar of the Gali district of occupied Abkhazia Besik Kirtadze summoned young people who intend to take Unified National Exams in Georgia to enter high education institutions.

He personally visited all schools in the Gali district, 95% of population of which are Georgians, and demanded from school administrations to ensure attendance of all those boys and girls who are going to take exams in Tbilisi.

Kirtadze said that residents of Gali must pass military service in the Abkhazian army and study in Georgian schools does not exempt them from this "honourable" duty. In case of refusal to serve in the army, Georgians will be faced with a fine of 15-30 thousand Russian rubles.
