Russia intends to throw another 16 billion rubles into the Tskhinvali "black hole." This is the sum that is planned to allocate from the Russian budget by 2015 in support of socio-economic development of the occupied Tskhinvali region.
According to the minister of construction of the puppet regime Anatoli Maschelkin, the investment program for the period to the end of 2015 has been developed and sent to the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia and the Russian President.
"Now Russia's budget is being formed, from which about 16 billion will be allocated for the investment program to promote socio-economic development of South Ossetia in 2013-2015 - says Maschelkin. – The investment program for 2012 was approved, and next week we expect first transfer of funds amounting to 1.5 billion rubles – intended for those objects construction of which has already begun and which will be completed this year"
