Building of a mental hospital is planned in the occupied Tskhinvali region where population of which is just approximately 20 thousand people. This was reported in Tskhinvali media with reference to representatives of the puppet regime.

"The issue of helping of mentally ill is acute – the mental hospital was destroyed during the military actions in August 2008. Area for the construction of the hospital was allocated near the village of Kheiti ", - says head of healthcare service Grigori Kulidzhanov. According to him, TB clinic will be also built there.

In general, according to Kulidzhanov, this year several medical institutions will be built in South Ossetia. These are: children rehabilitation centre, a clinic in the settlement of Java as well as in Akhalgori.
