"I have visited almost all sites of the reconstruction and new construction, and almost none of them have a schedule, or an act of production work, and other necessary documentation," - said Khugaev and stressed: "I will firmly react to all defects and illegal actions of contractors. Funding and new facilities will be given to those who will work in good faith "- the prime minister promised.

He also said that restoration work will be resumed only after checking activities of all contractors, which will soon begin by a special commission formed by him.

Khugaev also demanded rehabilitation and construction of all facilities to be completed by December 20th of this year.
